The Consciouspreneur Forum: Succeeding as a Coach

November 29, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

How Do You Rise Above The Competition and Succeed as a Coach

The coaching and personal development industry is rapidly growing with close to 30% increase in just the last three years with North America accounting for over 45% of all the coaches worldwide. More and more young people are taking this path as their career choice. But is the industry sustainable? Can it support the emergence of the millennial life coaches? Currently, the general consensus is that there are more coaches in the low income category than the ones that are successful.

If you are a coach that is struggling this event is for you. We have a guest panel of professional coaches and speakers that are not only successful in their respective fields they are setting a benchmark for the industry as a whole.

The panel discussion will be focused on answering questions around the future of the profession and how new entrants can maximize their chances of success. Discussion topics will include:

  • Challenges faced by new coaches in getting clients.
  • Is accreditation necessary or just a good to have?
  • Why are so many millennials entering the space and how can they succeed?
  • Is explosive growth fuelled by the low barrier to entry and how do we ensure the watering down of the profession?
  • Does the lack of regulation in the industry create the potential of substandard and even harmful service?
  • The future of coaching worldwide.
